At Gichaak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issue with your order, you can request an exchange or return according to the policy below.
Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please note:
Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size.
Exchanges cannot be made for a different design or different product.
If you purchased a combo pack, the entire combo must be returned for exchange.
Some product categories such as masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated T-shirts, and socks may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the product condition and eligibility mentioned in the product description.
Items must:
Be unused
Be unwashed
Have original packaging intact
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is picked up and passes the quality inspection:
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours.
For prepaid orders:
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, or
Instantly to your wallet, if applicable.
For Cash on Delivery orders:
Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT) within 3–5 working days, or
Credited to your wallet.
Additional Information
Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded.
Shipping charges, COD charges, and gift wrap charges are non-refundable.
